King Capital is a newly formed Mortgage Investment Corporation established to take advantage of the mortgage lending landscape. All mortgages are 1st and 2nd mortgages with interest only payments for a term of 1 year or less.

Andrew Unger

Andrew Unger is the principal and founder of Unger Law, a boutique real estate law firm based in Vaughan, Ontario. Andrew studied law at McGill University in Montreal, Canada. He began his practice with the Department of Justice in Ottawa where he worked for several years before opening his own practice and relocating to the Toronto area. Andrew acts a legal counsel for several Mortgage Investment Corporations and many individual private lenders in Ontario. He has extensive experience with all aspects of mortgage lending including first and second mortgages, construction financing, and mortgage loans on larger development projects.
As Chief Legal Officer of King Capital Mortgage Investment Corporation and Regal Management Inc. (Mortgage Management Company). Andrew is focused on assessing and mitigating legal risks to the Corporation with respect to its mortgage portfolio and its loan guidelines and practices.

The Canadian Mortgage Professional magazine identified and featured Eric in its 2017 Hot list as one of Canada's primary mortgage players. Eric's mortgage career started at Home Loans Canada (fully owned subsidiary of CIBC). In 2009, Eric joined the Sherwood Mortgage Group and has since been recognized as an industry leader receiving many industry awards including: Mortgage Architects Lifetime Acheivement Award (2016); Mortgage Architects President's and Top Producer Awards (2016); Sherwood Mortgage Group Canadian Mortgage Brokerage of the Year (2014 & 2012); and the Thornhill Liberal Reader's Choice Award (2016 & 2015). Prior to getting into the mortgage industry, Eric served as a Senior Economist and an Associate Director in the Ontario Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Public Infrastructure. Eric holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree from York University and did his Post Graduate studies at the Norman Parterson School of International Relations at Carelton University. As Chief Risk officer Eric is focused on assessing and mitigating credit risk to the Corporation with respect to its mortgage portfolio and its loan guidelines and practices.

Colleen Adams has been in the financial services industry for over 30 years. In Colleen's management roles within the Bank of Montreal, Davis & Henderson and Xceed Mortgage Corporation. Colleen has experience in managing successful sales growth and profitable cost centers. In the past 15 years, Colleen has completed her Canadian Securities Course (CSC), Certified Financial Planners Course (CFP), Masters Business Administration (MBA). Colleen is also the original founder of STEVLOC Management Inc. (Exempt Market Dealer). Colleen's educational and business expertise supports strong mortgage lending and investment knowledge. Colleen's educational background, investment background, lending background and management experience brings great strength to oversee the day to day operations of the Corporation.
Nick Simone

From March 2007 to April of 2011 he was the President of a land based asset management firm. He was responsible for establishing an Exempt Market Dealership for this firm. He has a deep understanding of the capital markets platform in Canada and has worked in that area since 1999.
From 2011 - March 2017, he was the President and owner of Qualified Financial Services, a managing general agency with over 1000 Insurance and Investment Brokers with 8 offices in Ontario East to the Atlantic Region.
He is also the President of Micari Consulting, a private consulting company. Micari Consulting works in the areas of strategic growth planning, business evaluation and business development, with a focus on international business. Nick Simone is also active in the real estate advisory world. He has advised numerous development companies and developers. He has been active in structuring development projects and is an investor in many projects.

Murray Goldkind is the President and CEO of Sutton Group-Admiral Realty Inc. Murray has more than 500 hundred sales representatives throughout Ontario representing over $2 billion in transacted sales in 2016. Sutton Group-Admiral Realty Inc., is Ontario's largest Sutton Group realty office. Murray also has over thirty years' experience in property management and development. He is also experienced in residential properties, investment properties, industrial, commercial properties, apartment buildings and land. Murray is a licensed real estate broker, a member of Real Estate Council of Ontario and an active member of the Toronto Real Estate Board, Canadian Real Estate Association and Ontario Real Estate Association.
